… so long as they have a definite start, a clear specification, all the relevant approvals from your boss or the committee or your partner (if s/t/hey actually make all the decisions) AND a fair and agreed budget (and your word is a contract), oh yes and have an end sometime this century and no we don’t do string unless your budget also has no end 😉 ⥢
